The doll is dressed in a blue polka dot organdy dress, with white slip and pantaloons. The dress has lace trim. Very pretty doll house size china.

China with Unusual Hairdo 18 inches 18 inch China with an unusual hairdo. She is a very pretty black haired china doll dating to around 1870. She has an unusual hairdo a high wavy top hairdo. She is on an all cloth body with bisque lower arms. The doll has no chips, cracks or hairlines. The left hand has a small black dot on one finger. She is wearing very pretty white blouse, skirt, pantaloons and slip. The dolls stockings are old the shoes are newer replacements. Very pretty serene looking doll

Small Flat Top China Small Flat top China, she is an 8 ¼ inch 1860 china on an body from 1880. The doll is wearing clothing that is probably original to the doll it is a blue dress, white underwear, with white pattern and white lace trim. The dolls arms are bisque and the legs are the brown glazed heels typical of the 1880’s bodies.

Small Flat Top China Small Flat top China, she is an 6 1/2 inch 1870 china. The doll is wearing clothing that is probably original to the doll it is a white dress with faded rose flowers, the dress is faded on the front, she has off white. The dolls arms are bisque and the legs are the black unglazed heels typical of the 1870’s bodies. She has the tiniest rub on the tip of her nose.
 

Kister Black Haired China Kister Black Haired china. 1860 she is pictured on page 89 in the book A Pictorial Reference Guide for German china’s. She is 12 ½ inches tall. She is a shoulder head on the original cloth body, the leather arms do not appear to be original to the doll but are appropriate and look good with individual stitched fingers. The doll is wearing antique white underwear and a wonderful early blue and white check dress with lace trim it is all hand made and appears to be original to the doll. The legs have lace covering and sewn on black shoes. The body was a home made body not commercially made. The china head has no chips, cracks or hairlines there is on small spot on the left side next to the eyebrow where the glaze did no take smoothly it is a little ruff spot, it cannot be seen by looking more by feeling. She is an very pretty early doll.

1860 Flat Top China 1860 Flat top Black haired china she is 12 inches tall on the a wonderful original sturdy body with china forearms and china feet with blue high button shoes. The doll has very deep lines that form the curls and waves in the hair, she was very early in the mold. She has rosy cheeks, blue eyes and black eyebrows. The doll is wearing a beautiful and probably original white dress with a light brown floral pattern and floral trim at the waist. She also has antique underwear. A beautiful small black haired china.

Kling Blond China Kling Blond China. She is a very pretty blond china 12 inches tall. The shoulder head is marked on the back with the K in a bell the Kling mark with the number 89 but it is probably 189 the number is right next to the sew hole. She dates to 1880 and is on an original body from that time with brown low heeled shoes, one brown shoe has a small area where the brown glaze did not take, she has blue laces. The hands are bisque, the doll is wearing what appears to be the original red print dress with white underwear. She has no chips or cracks. Her coloring is very beautiful, she has brown eyebrows, blue eyes and rosy cheeks. Beautiful doll.

Blond Highland Mary China Blond Highland Mary. She is 12 inches tall on the original cloth body with china forearms and china lower black heeled boots. The doll has very delicate painting giving her a very sweet look. She is blonde with brown eyebrows, pale blue eyes and rosy cheeks. The doll has a few tiny specks or peppering. She is wearing a dress that is probably original with original white underwear. The doll has no chips, cracks or hairlines. Very beautiful doll from 1880’s.

Conta and Boehme China with Unusual Hairdo. Conta and Boehme Unusual China doll. She is 12 inches tall and according to Identifying German China dolls page 88 was made by Conta and Boehme 1870. She ha a should head with an unusual hairstyle, black braids are molded from the center part down to the neck leaving the ears exposed. The back of the hair is combed down from a smooth crown to form two rows of vertical curls banded by a molded ribbon and small bow. The doll is on the original cloth body, the cloth from the arms appears to be newer then the rest of the body but the arms are correct age for this doll. She has black flat shoes, the surface on the glaze is a not as smooth as most legs, and the toes are turned up a bit. She is wearing antique white underwear and an antique white dress all which are most likely original to the doll. She has no chips, cracks or hairlines. Very pretty early unusual doll

Bald Head Biedermeier China Bald Head or Biedermeier German China Head doll. This is a very pretty 11 inch china doll on the original cloth body with leather arms and stitched fingers, the shoes were made from satin and sewn onto the feet with little black buttons. The doll has a very faint hairline the runs down the left side of the face from above the eyebrow down below the cheek. She has blue eyes, rosy cheeks and a brown mohair wig, she is dressed in what appears to be the original red dress, with white underwear and long stockings. She has no other chips, hairlines or cracks other than the one mentioned above. Very pretty early doll from 1850’s

Kister Covered Wagon China Covered Wagon China Kister This is a 15 inch early covered wagon china with a pink tint by Kister. She has black hair and blue eyes. According to the Pictorial Reference Guide for German Chinas, this doll was manufactured by Kister . The body is a cloth with china fore arms and leather brown boot with black lace stockings, one shoe may have been restore but it was very long ago and hard to detect. The doll dates to 1850, the dress is a beautiful floral green print and she has white underwear are all the right age for the doll. Dress has a very few small areas of wear. She has no chips or cracks there is a faint line from the top of the right front sewing hole but it appears to be only in the glaze and was a factory flaw. She has a tiny pinhole or pepper speck below the right eye. She is a beautiful nice size very early china.

Alt Beck and Gottschalck China Beautiful China with unusual hairdo. She is 21 inches tall. According to pg 120 of identifying German China Dolls she is a Alt, Beck and Gottschalck with a highland Mary hairstyle, 1890. She is on the original cloth body with kid arms, the kid arms may be later replacements but they are not new. The body is all cloth with stripe cloth socks and leather boots that are part of the body. The doll has no chips, or cracks. She is wearing a beautiful brown silk dress with fringed bottom, with antique white underwear. She is a very pretty early china with rosy cheeks and blue eyes

1860 China Flat top in Beautiful clothing 1860’s China Flat top with black hair 23 inches tall, on original cloth body with a gorgeous silk taffeta plaid navy dress. This is a beautiful all original doll with the original cloth body, with china forearms and cloth legs, the shoes are not as old as the doll. She has a tiny chip on the right hand on the middle top finger. The doll has deep curls in the hair making it very early in the mold process, and beautiful coloring with very rosy cheeks, and blue eyes. The clothing is layers of antique white underwear and then a blue slip, and a plaid skirt with an over blouse of the same silk taffeta plaid, with lace trim. She is a gorgeous early example of an 1860 flat top china.
