Milliners model in a display box. This is a early 1840’s milliner model 6 1/2 inches. The doll is all original with typical craze lines on the neck. She is all original on the kid body with wood arms and legs. The doll has a long black hair on the sides and a bun in the back. The box also is decorated with very old wax flowers. The box is not as old as the doll but the collector had a couple of her dolls preserved in these boxes, she is pinned into the box along with the flowers. A beautiful display piece it can be hung up.
