Extremely Rare Cameo Pretty Bettsie This is an extremely rare and hard to find Cameo Pretty Bettsie 18 inches all composition. She is in wonderful condition but has some minor old touch up paint to the blue on the dress. This is a very hard doll to find the only other one I have ever seen was in the Jane Withers doll Auction that dolls dress was pink and had restoration to the paint to. She was supposed to have a label but hers is missing.
