Twin Early German Bisques they are 5 ½ inch very early bisque socket head dolls on wood jointed bodies. They both have solid dome heads with holes and held onto the body with string. The wood body is painted it does have some minor flaking to the paint The bodies are jointed at the shoulders and hips, the dolls have brown mohair wigs.The features are painted. They were made in Germany. Both are dressed identically in the original chemise with lace and floral decorations. |
